Using this site, submitting a form or requesting a callback does not by itself mean the office has accepted your matter. Before undertaking representation, the office will discuss acceptance, scope, fees and expenses, and provide an engagement agreement or other writing as required. Do not assume a deadline is being handled unless the office has confirmed that responsibility. This notice does not deny protections that may apply to prospective-client communications.
